We ask our clients to be open about how they use AI, so we are open about how we use it too.

On this website

This website does not use AI to make decisions about visitors. There is no chatbot, no automated profiling and no AI-driven personalisation. The animated background is a graphic effect, not an AI system.

In the systems we build

Every AI agent, voice assistant or automation we deliver tells people when they are interacting with AI, keeps logs that can be reviewed, and lets people reach a human when they need one. Each system is risk-classified and documented before it goes live.

Human oversight

Where our systems inform decisions that affect people, a person stays responsible for the final decision, and the reasons behind a recommendation can be explained.

Your data

Client data is used only for the purpose agreed with the client. We do not use it to train models for other clients or for our own products. See our privacy policy for more detail.
